Helen and I worked together for just over a year, and during that time I found my leadership style changed in many ways. I have improved my comfort around delegating to my direct reports, moved from a directive to more collaborative leadership style and communicated the future vision for the team I lead more effectively.  I have also become more aware of the different leadership roles I play and now actively choose the best role to apply in a given situation while remaining authentic.  Helen has been passionate about building my self- awareness and supporting me with structure to help imbed change.  In turn this has made me a more effective leader.

Helen has been working with me and the rest of the senior leadership team for more than a year, moving us toward the goal of being a High Performing Team.  She has supported our growth as people and as managers, increasing our self-awareness and confidence as leaders and making us a more effective and tight-knit team. Helen helped my through a period when I was feeling ready to change things up but I wasn't entirely sure what the next phase looked like. Through her coaching techniques and tools, Helen set me on a path of discovery that helped me develop a much clearer picture of what is important to me and in doing so brought about the change and new direction that I was looking for.

I came to Helen at a time when I felt that I needed some positive change to help what felt like a stagnating career.  In a very short space of time Helen helped me to put some goals in place and then to translate those goals into taking real steps towards achieving them.  I have been amazed at the speed within which these steps have led to meaningful and at times life changing results.

Over the last year Helen has been working with the team I lead in a facilitation and team coaching capacity.  During this time our collective self-awareness and self-improvement, improved significantly, resulting in increased accountability, collective decision making and ultimately improved outcomes.
