Nature helps!

I spent a few hours in Cornwall park in the weekend (Aucklanders will be familiar). It was great to spend some time with trees and grass and birds and daffodils and lambs. Especially the lambs! I felt much better.

There is plenty of empirical evidence that spending time in nature improves our mood, enables us to perform better, improves mental health and wellbeing. In these crazy times of lockdown, semi-lockdown, working from home, uncertainty and change it is even more important to ensure you have a connection with nature. Get a pot plant, pat you pet, it all helps!
