In the “Team Coaching Handbook” (editors: Prof David Clutterbuck, Colm Murphy, Tammy Turner, MCC) (in press), my chapter outlines the good, bad and unexpected experiences of working with a team at St John, New Zealand. Earlier video's in this series focus on why and how this journey took place. Now we are considering the benefits of the investment. In this short video the client, Gary Connolly (Deputy Chief Executive Finance and Insights St John, New Zealand), talks about how success was measured with KPI’s and also less tangible measures. And there was success!!!
